Think Be The Match is Not Right for You? A Story that will Change Your Mind.

Imagine waking up one ordinary morning, about to go get a routine checkup and then your whole world is turned upside down with some stunning health news. At that moment the thought going through your mind is probably contemplating how can this be fixed?

Thousands of people are diagnosed every year with life threatening blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. Operated by the National Marrow Donor Program, Be The Match, is the largest and most diverse registry in the world. Be The Match's motivation for doing what they do is revolved around, "Working every day to save lives through transplants."

This is where the story of two women and their twenty year friendship begins. When Lisa joined Be The Match in 1990 there was only 20,000 people registered. She joined because someone she knew needed a transplant and wanted to be the one to help. Just after five months of being in the registry Lisa got a call that she could be a possible match for a lady named Pam.

Lisa was very thrilled about being a match for Pam and all her family and friends supported her through the entire process. Lisa could not help but think that hopefully someone else would do this for her family if they needed a transplant.

Lisa's donation experience was something that she had never thought was possible.
"I would also tell anyone with the chance to donate to do it, there is no other reward like it."
- Lisa/Be The Match donor
She went on to say that, even if she had never had the chance to meet Pam, the recipient of the transplant, knowing that she survived would have been enough.

Aleph Group Inc. is tremendously inspired by this story and the friendship that grew from it. AGI looks to stories like this to inform our readers of the opportunities out there that can save someone's life. We would also like to make it aware that we design and manufacture Bloodmobiles and other specialty vehicles that have the capabilities of operating in many different conditions and situations like this.

The Simple Guide to Understanding World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day is held on December 1st each year and is an opportunity for people to come together in the fight against HIV. This day is also focused on supporting people living with HIV and commemorating those people who have died from the virus. The very first World AIDS Day was held in 1988 and has been reoccurring every year since.

How do I help or get involved with this cause? There are many simple ways anyone can support this cause and bring awareness in your community. One way is to wear a red ribbon, which is the international symbol for HIV awareness. To take it to the next step of showing your support and bringing awareness you may sell the red ribbons to benefit the fight against HIV/AIDS. If you or a group of people feel inspired to host an event, such as bake sale, donation drive or whatever amazing ideas you may have, all the support is very much appreciated. With help planning your event visit this step by step event planning guide.

The 2014 theme for World AIDS Day is, "Focus, Partner, Achieve: An AIDS Free Generation." This theme is centered on the idea of people, communities and the world coming together to take action in this fight. As we all should know, social media is a powerful tool when it comes to word of mouth and bringing awareness. With such success with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, World AIDS Day hopes to have an even greater achievement. To help show your support with your simple, powerful and engaging ways, use the hash-tag (#WAD2014), and help spread the word. Another way to show your support is to use the image below as your profile picture or embed on your website.

Aleph Group Inc. is always looking to new ways to help our community and the world with the struggles that many people face. World AIDS Day is a very significant cause and a fight that we would want to support. AGI designs and manufactures mobile clinics that may be developed specifically for HIV testing. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are currently 35 million people living with HIV worldwide and of that, 19 million are unaware they have the virus. A mobile clinic can alleviate some struggles for those who may not want to visit a HIV testing facility and expand their services, so that they may bring the testing to them. To learn if a mobile clinic may be right for your company or organization visit the mobile clinic landing page.

AGI wants to engage with our readers. So if you have something pondering in your mind, go ahead and leave a comment, we would love to start the conversation.

A Fool Proof Formula to a Perfect Thanksgiving

The turkey is roasting, hot cider is brewing, the fire is crackling, pumpkin pie is baking and the whole family is reunited around the dinner table for a fun field evening of joy and thankfulness. However, there is a side effect of Thanksgiving. Most encounter that moment between belt popping full and heading into a food coma like state. This is greatly to be considered to be the best time of the year! Except, for that one neighbor who puts Christmas decorations up in early November and before Thanksgiving has even begun.

This is the time of year where we all reflect on what we are thankful for and give compassion to those who are less fortunate around us. That is the purpose behind giving thanks, so that we may peel away what we have and unveil what others do not.

Last week was National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. It is held each year the week before Thanksgiving, the perfect time to show compassion to those who are experiencing hunger and homelessness. The purpose behind this coalition is to bring awareness to the community but also promote the fight against hunger and homelessness. Communities and organizations came together for events such as, "One Night without a Home."

Aleph Group Inc. is located in Riverside, CA and right in our neighborhood is an organization where there primary goal is to restore health and provide hope. Health to Hope Clinics takes part in medical outreach services and urban community action projects. Last week they hosted "One Night without a Home." Through the great efforts of the Riverside community and the team at Health to Hope Clinics, the event was an inspiring achievement to bring awareness and the fight against hunger and homelessness.

AGI knows the struggles of hunger and homelessness throughout our community and the globe. We want to do our part and take action against the causes. The design and manufacturing of mobile kitchens alleviate the struggles for homeless to travel to a fixed facility and brings the food to them. Also, attached to every specialty vehicle is the Feeding Angels initiative. Every time we sell a mobile unit, a portion of the proceeds will go to feed a food insecure child three meals a day for an entire year.

So where does that fool proof formula come into play? It was unraveled right before you. The formula to a perfect Thanksgiving is to;

  • enjoy your family and friends
  • give thanks
  • give compassion to others
  • and do not forget to enjoy all the food and amenities that go along with it.

Survey of Specialty Vehicle Purchasers Reveals Amazing Trends

There is no easy or right way to tell you this, so we will lay it out all on the line. A specialty vehicle can expand your services, generate awareness and directly impact people's lives in your community. We live in an age where brick and mortar facilities just might not cut it anymore. Companies and organizations have to adapt to the changing times and recognize that the world is always expanding and so should you.

If your company, organization or agency is in the market or may be just looking for a mobile unit, some may tell you it will be a bumpy road ahead of you. That road does not have to be so bumpy if you do your homework and go at it with a step by step process. For more help with that at the end of this blog learn the "7 Steps to Purchasing Specialty Vehicles or Mobile Solutions."

As we approach 2015 and the beginning of a new year this may be the time that you visit the idea of adding a mobile unit to your services. Besides the big question of HOW do we go about getting a specialty vehicle another question that may arise is WHY should we? It was not too long ago that a fixed facility was the only viable option to house your organization and your services that is not the case anymore.

Industries must accommodate to their customers and must be the ones reaching out to them. Just as in any type of industry the customer wants to feel valued and appreciated. At the same time the organization wants to expand their services, generate awareness of their brand and impact the people of the community. In the eyes of the consumer, the typical response in regards to, what makes you most satisfied with your services? The answer maybe just as easy as; fast, reliable and accommodating.

When we asked some questions to a variety of different industries on why they may want a specialty vehicle and what is the overall goal with obtaining one, it was surprising to see most of the answers matching up.
Portland Community College
Josette Beach - Director of Dental Services

Why are you looking into a mobile unit?
"We are looking into creative solutions to bridge the gap between opportunity and access to care for patients who are in need of oral health care"

What is your goal with a mobile unit?
"We want to provide care to patients in the city area without accessibility to dental care."

What is your long term objective?
"Create partnerships within the city with other organizations to provide accessibility for patient care and student practice"

Health To Hope Clinics
Beth Wagner - CEO

Why are you looking into a mobile unit?
"We want to increase and expand our services to reach those in need and create hope among our community."

What is your goal with a mobile unit?
"To increase our service level and provide services throughout the year to hard to reach areas while creating and providing health care, encouragement, trust, hope and relationships."

What is your long term objective?
"Expand our service area for the Riverside County to alleviate the hardships of those who have to travel to our facility."

As we are currently not to the era where we can provide services through digital forms or instant transportation, we are definitely seeing some amazing features and integrations into specialty vehicles and what they can do for your services and the community. Having the perfect mobile unit for your industry is the most important thing. The last thing you would want is not to be satisfied with your purchase So lets make sure that you are on the right track and take you each step of the way. Aleph Group Inc.

America Gets Cooking to Stop Diabetes®

This initiative is designed to engage and empower Americans to cook nutritious and delicious food, and encourage them to be more active.  Through social media and an interactive landing page on DiabetesForecast.org, the Association will share healthy cooking tips, diabetes and nutrition facts, recipes and more, as well as ideas on how to raise funds to help Stop Diabetes in Riverside.

Our goal for American Diabetes Month and beyond is to show Americans that it’s not too late to start living a healthy active lifestyle and you can even have fun while doing it. “

Riverside residents can take part in the challenge to start living a healthier lifestyle by participating in the American Diabetes Month’s weekly activities:
  1. Get Moving Mondays – After the weekend, people are not as excited about getting up and going on a Monday.  Get Moving Mondays will provide some easy tips to help Americans get moving and keep up an active lifestyle all week long.
  2. Tasty Tip Tuesdays – Many people are afraid of losing the taste when they make a recipe healthier.  Every Tuesday, the Association will take a traditional recipe and teach people how to substitute certain ingredients for healthier options without losing the taste.
  3. What’s Cooking Wednesdays – With Thanksgiving kicking-off the holiday season, keeping yourself on track and eating healthy is very important.  Each Wednesday, the public will vote on recipes that represent a healthy side dish, appetizer and/or dessert that they would like to see for a holiday meal.  At the end of the month, we will unveil those winning dishes.
  4. Get Together Thursdays or Any Day! – This engagement will offer ways for Riverside residents to implement healthy cooking activities into their daily lives through “Do-it-Yourself Fundraisers” called “Cook to Stop Diabetes.”  These fundraisers will be fun parties that can incorporate healthy recipes for family and friends and will also raise money for the Association.
  5. Fact Check Friday – Challenging the public’s knowledge about nutrition and diabetes, each Friday a question will be posted to test diabetes knowledge and encourage people to share it with their friends, family and/or co-workers.
  6. Weekend Challenge to Stop Diabetes – Why not take the weekend and use it as an opportunity to get active and help raise funds to Stop Diabetes? We will provide fun fundraising activities for people to engage in and use their 48 hours to participate, or if they are too busy then do the 48 hours to donate!
For great tips, recipes and more each week, visit the Association’s interactive web page at www.diabetesforecast.org/ADM. To learn more, you can also visit us on Facebook (facebook.com/AmericanDiabetesAssociation) or call 1-800-DIABETES.

Aleph Group Inc.; Alleviating Food Insecurity in the Community, United States and Around the World

Aleph Group Inc. serves, seeks and shares the positive impact in the fight against food insecurity in the community, United States and around the world; by manufacturing specialty vehicles and mobile solutions.

Aleph Group Inc. felt a driven purpose in the fight against food insecurity and wanted to impact people's lives. AGI and Family Service Association of Redlands partnered together and created a fundraiser event "Feeding with a Purpose," to benefit this cause. By generating this fundraiser Aleph Group Inc. wanted to build momentum into the Feeding Angles initiative. Feeding Angels is focused on extinguishing child food insecurity in America and around the globe. Through partnerships with businesses and community based organizations, for every specialty vehicle or mobile solution that AGI designs and manufactures Aleph Group Inc. will donate a portion of the proceeds to feed a food insecure child three meals a day for an entire year.

In the United States 48.8 million Americans including 16.2 million children, live in households that lack the means to get enough nutritious food on a regular basis. As a result, they struggle with hunger at some point during the year. Food insecurity, the limited or uncertain availability of nutritionally adequate and safe food, exists in 17.2 million households in America and 3.9 million of them with children.

Feeding with a Purpose was engineered to bring community awareness to the food insecurity problem close to home and around the globe. Aleph Group Inc. wanted a gathering of community leaders, businesses and the general public for the fundraiser to shed light on the impact that the community can make. The event was focused on inspiring the community to work towards a future where food insecurity is a faint memory of the past.

To benefit such a cause as food insecurity, Aleph Group Inc. wanted businesses and community leaders to be involved. Vendor sponsorships from; Sea Bright Solar, Jason's Deli, Lynch Metals, AZ Bus Sales, Canyon Crest Winery and Hangar 24 Craft Brewery made a positive impact in people's lives and shifted the efforts in food insecurity in our community. The general public who attended the event made charitable donations to the cause and aided in the effort and awareness. Community leaders that spoke at the fundraiser were a positive influencer in achieving the goal of public awareness of food insecurity.

Aleph Group Inc. is a design and manufacture of specialty vehicles and mobile units for the; medical, dental, law enforcement, blood center industries, as well as a variation of many other industries. Mobile Medical Exam Clinic to Bring Medical Attention in Dubai

Novartis Pharmaceuticals impacting the community by expanding into mobile medical services with a specialty vehicle manufactured by Aleph Group Inc.

Mobile medical exam clinics are an ever expanding necessity for any medical industry to utilize. They enable companies to expand their services to reach a larger patient care that would ordinarily be constricted to the fixed facility. Aleph Group Inc. and Novartis will be filling a void in the community of Dubai where a mobile clinic will be making a dramatic impact. The pharmaceuticals division of Novartis is recognized worldwide for their innovative products, services and solutions they provide to patients. Novartis works to change the way medicine is practiced by delivering the right treatment to the right patient at the right time and by doing that decided to expand their boarders into a mobile medical exam clinic.

Novartis came to Aleph Group Inc. three years ago to design and manufacture a similar mobile clinic that has shifted their delivery of medical services. The newly developed mobile exam clinic’s primary purpose is to bring diabetes awareness to the community of Dubai. The problem that Novartis had was being able to attend to the patients in areas where for some circumstance could not easily obtain medical services. Aleph Group Inc. designed and manufactured a thirty six foot long mobile unit, mounted on an Isuzu chassis that will enable Novartis to easily obtain routine maintenance on the specialty vehicle. The mobile clinic was developed to accommodate for two exam rooms, waiting area, blood drawing station and attached is a wheelchair lift for handicap accessibility.

Aleph Group Inc. is proud to have partnered with Novartis and have the opportunity to make such a remarkable mobile exam clinic. AGI is passionate about making a difference in all the communities that our specialty vehicles reach and witnessing that influence from the stories our partners tell. Mobile Mammography Unit: Early Detection Can Save Lives

How Aleph Group Inc. and Mobile Mammography Units Are Helping To Detect Early Signs or Symptoms of Breast Cancer in Women

A mobile mammography unit allows medical industries to expand their services past their fixed facility and reach further into the community. What is a mammogram? A mammogram is an x-ray image of a female breast. There are two types of mammograms. The first type is a screening mammogram. This is used to make a possible early detection of breast cancer in women who have no signs or symptoms of the disease. The second type of screening is a diagnostic mammogram. Diagnostic mammograms are used to check for breast cancer after a lump, sign or symptom of the disease has been detected. This type of mammogram will be lengthier due to more x-ray images taken and deeper magnification of suspicious areas. Where does Aleph Group Inc. come into the picture with a mobile mammography unit?

Aleph Group Inc. designs and manufactures a variety of specialty vehicles including; mobile command center, mobile offices, mobile clinic, mobile dental unit and mobile kitchens. A mobile mammography unit would include an exam room with a mammography machine for mammogram screening, along with all essential medical equipment to complete screening. These mobile mammography units can reach patients that would have been restricted by some circumstance before. Early detection screenings can help reduce the amount of deaths among women with breast cancer ages forty to seventy-four. Manufacturing some type of mobile radiology unit is common among the medical industry, with hospitals wanting to expand their services to their patients and the community.

Aleph Group Inc. is proud to work with such partners that want to develop a mobile mammography unit and make an impact in their community. Designing and manufacturing specialty vehicles that enable businesses and organizations to expand their services gives AGI tremendous passion and drive for innovation. Aleph Group Inc. and the craftsmanship for manufacturing the best mobile mammography unit and other specialty vehicles is what make our mobile units stand out.

7 Steps to Purchasing Specialty Vehicles and Mobile Solutions

Understanding how to find and purchase your perfect mobile unit

"The secret of getting ahead is getting started." - Mark Twain. Purchasing a specialty vehicle or mobile solution takes a majority of your time and efforts but that is why Aleph Group Inc. has devised this decision making guide to help make it easier on you.

Step 1: Identify the Problem

Get started by laying out the problem(s) that your company faces when it comes to the needs and wants of a specialty vehicle or mobile solution, such as (mobile command center, mobile office, mobile clinic, mobile kitchen, mobile lab, mobile hospital or mobile dental unit,) that a fixed facility just can not offer. Your company may have a need to expand its products or services to your customers but there is no way to reach them. Identify the solutions to your problem in this step, so you can get a clear understanding of what direction you want to take. This will give you a better sense of the specific research you will need to accomplish.

Step 2: Research

Once the problem is identified the research will begin providing potential solutions for your mobile unit. Begin by doing web searches, visit social media platforms, read reviews, industry magazines and articles about the companies in this industry. Make note on the specifics for each that gain your interest and the requirements for your specialty vehicles. While doing the research you should start to notice what aspect is attracting your attention ie; price, quality, experience, service, amenities. To help you save time, check out Aleph Group Inc. and our products that make it easy for the customer.

Step 3: Check List

The research will allow you to narrow down the competition among the specialty vehicle industry leaders. Go through your top choices of companies and compile a check list that will solve your problem.
  • Read reviews, newsletters, press releases and blogs to learn more about the company and past clients.
  • Analyze their website, social media, content and services to best suite your company.
  • Do their mobile units match your requirements?
  • Do they offer special services or benefits?
Take your time on this step. It is important that you find the right mobile solution for your company that meets all your requirements, price bracket and any other benefits.

Step 4: Get a Quote

Before your company can actually purchase a mobile unit, you will need to get a price quote. While each company may match your requirements and interest, they may not be best suite your budget. The research and check list steps will give you a better understanding on what goes into purchasing a specialty vehicle or mobile solution. Contact Aleph Group Inc. and Request a Quote we will get back to you within twenty-four hours.

Step 5: Find the Right Specialty Vehicle Design and Manufacturer

Mobile unit design and manufacturers are important partners when purchasing specialty vehicles or mobile solutions. They can provide you with helpful insider information that would not be easily accessible to the normal public.
  • Their knowledge and experience in the mobile unit buying process with past partners.
  • Greater familiarity in the industry and product knowledge
  • Proven service and quality products to its partners.
Take a look at Aleph Group Inc.'s Newsletters and past partners stories of how such specialty vehicle or mobile solution (mobile kitchen, mobile clinic and mobile command center) solved their problem.

Step 6: Take Action

This is where you will implement your decision on the specialty vehicle manufacturer that you will be partnering with. This company has gone through all of your criteria and has surpassed it with great enthusiasm.

What Drives Aleph Group Inc.?

Specialty Vehicles and Mobile Solutions that Drive Passion

There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.” ~ Nelson Mandela. Passion is defined as; “a strong and barely controllable emotion” and “an intense desire or enthusiasm for something. “Aleph Group Inc. draws our energy, charisma and inspiration from our passion for what we do. The specialty vehicles and mobile solutions that AGI designs and manufactures allow businesses that were previously restricted with their services to expand their boarders and reach deeper into their community. The passion our team gets from the stories and images our past partners share, demonstrates how much our vision is being portrayed. The shared testimonies that Aleph Group has received, ignite our intense desire for developing mobile units and the effects they are having around the world.

Aleph Group Inc. has designed and manufactured specialty vehicles and mobile units that have reached communities domestically and internationally. We teamed up with St. John’s Bread & Life located in Bronx, New York to build them a unique mobile soup kitchen. This soup kitchen allows St. John’s to serve its community and achieve its goal to combat poverty and help people achieve self-sufficiency, in addition to educating the public and increasing awareness about meals to needy New Yorkers. AGI delivered a bloodmobile to the country of Bahrain that will be bringing awareness for the desperate need of blood donations. We wanted to see King Hamad University Hospital to accomplish this goal, which allowed us to design and manufacture the most effective mobile solution possible with state of the art electronics along with four donation stations.

Aleph Group Inc. and the CEO Mr. Jales A. Mello felt a driven purpose in creating Feeding Angels foundation to help fight against Child Hunger in the United States and around the world. With the help of the Aleph Group Inc. team and partners that team up with AGI we will be able to make a difference in children's lives. When you purchase a specialty vehicle from AGI, you will not just be helping your community with your services but feeding a hungry child somewhere around the world. Our vision is to feed twenty-five children three meals a day for an entire year by summer 2015 around the world, then increase that goal as we build momentum to dramatically shift the nutrition and social outcomes of children with food insecurities.

“At Aleph Group Inc., we have experienced the power of human potential, and are committed to exploring the possibilities of growth with everyone who comes in contact with us.” ~ Aleph Group Inc.
